Hi, I am Hannah.

I have been professionally treating clients since 2013.

My interest in massage therapy began after I received my first treatment in 2007. I was gifted a treatment from my own Mother following the birth of my first son.  Going into that treatment room I had no idea how much the pregnancy and 8 months of breastfeeding had impacted my body.  I had never had a massage, and I will never forget the feeling of gliding from the treatment room feeling like a new woman, rejuvenated, I felt held and reconnected to my body, which had become purely a vessel to carry on with life’s daily chores.

Making somebody feel like this after only 1 hour? What an amazing gift, so powerful! I had another son and more massage treatments for myself in the years to follow.  When my youngest started school, I invested in a massage qualification, I have never looked back.

I feel truly honoured to perform the work I do.  I love my job.  I have treated hundreds of people over the last 12 years, and I am privileged to be chosen by each of my clients to help them heal, relax and recharge.

Why choose massage?

Training

My first qualifaction was Swedish body massage, I then furthered my training to include deep tissue techniques, hot stones, fascial therapy, manual lymphatic drainage, oncology massage and pregnancy massage.  I offer facials using Weleda skincare. In 2025 I will be studying a pain management diploma, to deepen my understanding of pain and how I can help my clients manage theirs.

In March 2025 I attended the Weleda signature facial course. This course was a coming together of so many of the modalities I already practiced in a beautiful way.  Combining rhythmic lymphatic movement techniques with smoothing massage this facial is a complete treatment for the skin.  When provided as part of a package you see and feel real results with a wide variety of skin conditions.

Fascia work is fascinating. Fascia is the vast web of sensory connective tissue inside of us, it weaves its way through muscle, bone and organs.  It plays a key role to so many bodily functions.  I have witnessed truly profound healing using this powerful technique.  Lots of research is being carried out on fascia at the moment it’s a truly interesting subject.  It’s one of my favourite modalities to use but it is best undertaken as a part of a course, real change to chronic conditions is best achieved when treatments are regular.

I offer my practice in two ways

I have a treatment room in Zen Active Wellness Centre, South Molton every Tuesday. Alternatively, I can bring massage therapy to you.  Lots of client’s prefer having treatment from the comforts of their own homes, which removes the homeward journey after having a relaxing treatment.  I will travel from my home for 30 minutes free of charge and after this I will discuss travel charges with you when you book.
