I started fascia release therapy to help with historic trauma from sports injuries and I have been surprised by how quickly my body has responded to the treatment and continues to do so long after each session is over.
I am also delighted to say that I find that the treatment has helped relieve some of the symptoms of fibromyalgia and which I had not considered as another possible benefit.
I cannot recommend Hannah highly enough.
